At MatchAPro, we revolutionize medical mission planning, increasing access to surgeries in underserved areas. Surgeons gain a reliable platform to experience diverse surgical engagements, all at no cost. We save valuable planning time, ensuring more patients receive the care they need.
MatchAPro is efficiently globalising surgical intervention in medical deserts and lowering surgical backlogs, whilst up-skilling local aspiring specialists.

Founder’s Story
Tuduetso Masire is a Botswana-born entrepreneur who holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and International Business from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA, USA and a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the University of Southern California (USC). During her time at USC, she developed MatchAPro, with the vision to connect underserved patients with medical professionals around the world in their local setting.
Tudu’s motivation for developing MatchAPro came from her personal struggle with severe cluster headaches in her early 20s, which required her to seek medical treatment outside of Botswana due to a shortage of specialists. After experiencing the challenges of accessing healthcare, she conducted research on patients who struggle with chronic illness and discovered that many were on long waiting lists to receive necessary medical procedures.
Tudu’s achievements with MatchAPro include making it to the top six of the New Venture Seed Competition (NVSC) and receiving a Bronze and Social Impact Cash Awards, being selected as one of Blackstone’s New Venture Fellows, and being competitively selected as top 5 candidate’s for USC’s Viterbi School of Engineering MIN Family Challenge for social innovation and UN SDG’s. She also made it to the semi-finals of the Athena Woman In Entrepreneurship Competition at USC.
